Outline of Main Duties/ Job Responsibilities:

• Development of business in branches by ensuring substantial increases in sound lending, so deposits, and expanding outreach.
• Supervise branch networks of 15 to 25 branches.
• Execute credit and business policies of the Bank as announced from time to time.
• Achieve loan disbursement, recovery, and also other business targets of the region/branches.
• Provide leadership to branches for business development and attainment of allocated targets in operational activities.
• Maintain close liaison with external stakeholders like farmers, agriculture departments and also suppliers, etc.
• Ensure financial efficiency and profitability of operations/branches.
• Identify new opportunities for opening and relocating branches.
• Implement/comply with all rules/regulations of SBP/Bank in field operations including AML/CFT/KYC parameters.
• Implement quality assurance standards in branches.
• Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches.
• Also perform any other tasks assigned by management.
