1. General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. An additional degree in business/management from HEC recognized university is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in CCGT power plants with at least 5 years at the senior management level. Experience in plant performance, contracts, and agreements is essential.

2. Manager (Contracts Management)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Civil) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. An additional degree in law/business/management is preferred.
- Experience: At least 07 years post-qualification experience, predominantly in the power sector, with expertise in dealing with contracts, FIDIC, PEC guidelines, and Federal PPRA Laws.

3. Assistant Manager (Electrical)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: At least 03 years in the power sector, preferably with IPP experience.

4. Assistant Manager (I&C)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. A Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: At least 03 years in the power sector, preferably with IPP experience.

5. Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Experience: At least 03 years in the power sector, preferably with IPP experience.

6. Assistant Manager (Technical)
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC. A Master’s degree in Engineering is preferred.
