Interested candidates should follow these guidelines to apply for faculty or administrative positions at the University of Kotli, Azad Jammu & Kashmir:
Application Submission:
Submit the prescribed application form along with attested copies of the following documents either in person or by post to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli, AJK:
- Degrees, transcripts, and result cards
- Detailed marks certificates
- Domicile and State Subject
- CNIC and other relevant documents
Important Document Requirements:
The university will only accept certificates and transcripts issued before the closing date. It will not accept provisional or hope certificates.
Separate Applications:
Submit a separate application form and complete set of documents for each post if applying for multiple positions.
Foreign Degrees:
Applicants holding foreign qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan).
In-Service Candidates:
The age limit does not apply to permanent university or government employees. These candidates must apply through the proper channel and attach a fresh NOC from their current employer. The university will reject applications submitted without proper channel approval.
Additional Requirements for Associate Professor:
Candidates must submit four (4) sets of published research papers (reprints) along with the prescribed application form.
AJK Preference:
The university gives preference to AJK nationals and first-class State Subject holders.
