Key Job Responsibilities
- Supervise all civil construction projects across project sites, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards for office accommodations and other infrastructure. Additionally, coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections and manage the maintenance and repair of roads, drainage systems, buildings, and other site structures. Moreover, recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and durability.
- Execute infrastructure improvement and expansion projects, while ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards. Furthermore, implement innovative solutions to optimize project outcomes.
- Supervise civil works, assign tasks efficiently, and promote skill development and safety adherence. In addition, mentor junior staff to improve workforce capability.
