Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/Foreign University
- MBA / M.com /M.Sc. in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics/CFAP/CAF/CA/CIA or equivalent
- Preference for expertise certifications in Data Analytics/Data Sciences
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in a Commercial Bank in a similar role within internal audit

Major Responsibilities:
The incumbent will supervise, develop, and implement the Continuous Audit Roadmap, Methodology, and procedures. Additionally, they will oversee the Whistle Blowing function.
Continuous Audit Responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement the Continuous Audit Plan
- Supervise designing of data formats for data extraction and analysis
- Develop reporting/controlling dashboards using Power BI/MS Excel
- Review observations/issues and escalate for compliance
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders/auditee management
