Position: Deputy Manager (Legal)
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s in Law (LLB) required
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s in Law (LLM) from reputable HEC recognized Universities
- Relevant experience in the Power Sector will be preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience required, including 2 years in the Power Sector
- Experience in corporate law, regulatory, or commercial affairs preferred
- Understanding of legal and regulatory affairs associated with Power Sector’s Laws, Rules & Regulations
- Knowledge of contractual framework for power/energy sales and purchases desirable
- Knowledge of competitive electricity markets advantageous
