- Ph.D. in any discipline from a University or Degree Awarding Institute recognized by HEC, with eight years post-qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in recognized Public or Private University, or Degree Awarding Institute, or Public Sector Organization.
- OR, MS or M.Phil. in any discipline or 18 years education from a recognized institution with ten years post-qualification experience.
- OR, MA or M.Sc. in any discipline or 16 years education with twelve years post-qualification experience.

- Submit one hard copy of the application dossier bound on the prescribed proforma, detailed CV, and attested documents including degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile (Punjab only), two recent photographs, no inquiry/audit pending certificate from current and previous employers, NOC (if applicable), and a pay order, bank draft, or paid challan of Rs.2000/- in favor of Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi to the Registrar Office.
- Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channels and submit service certificates by the due date.
- Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
- Candidates must enlist attached documents with signatures.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- The University reserves the right to withhold appointments, reject applications, or not fill any post without assigning any reason.
