Gather Required Documents: Make sure to gather two copies of each of the following documents, duly attested:
- Computerized National Identity Card
- Domicile
- Education Certificate/Degree (Matric/FSc/MBBS/MPH.)
- Marks sheet of MBBS (Final professional)
- House Job Certificates
- Experience Certificate
- Character Certificate
- PMDC Registration Certificate
- 2x Photographs (passport size)
