Ensure full compliance with SBP, AML/CFT, FATF regulations. Oversee audits and ensure timely resolution of findings. Develop SOPs for standardizing processes and improving governance. Leverage technology & automation to optimize transaction processing. Collaborate with stakeholders for remittance product optimization. Mentor and develop a high-performing team. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, correspondent banks, and financial institutions. Monitor performance using KPIs and data-driven insights. |
| Eligibility Criteria | Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university. Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial laws. Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, preferably 6 years in the same role.
