Job Summary | Managing and overseeing the Centralized Remittance Unit (CRU) and Home Remittance Unit (HRU) to ensure efficient remittance processing, regulatory compliance, and high-performance team leadership. |
Major Responsibilities | Lead and manage remittance processing, reconciliation, and settlement. Develop strategies for operational efficiency and service quality. Ensure full compliance with SBP, AML/CFT, FATF regulations. Oversee audits and ensure timely resolution of findings. Develop SOPs for standardizing processes and improving governance. Leverage technology & automation to optimize transaction processing. Collaborate with stakeholders for remittance product optimization. Mentor and develop a high-performing team. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, correspondent banks, and financial institutions. Monitor performance using KPIs and data-driven insights. |
Eligibility Criteria | Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local/foreign university. Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial laws. Experience: Minimum 8 years of banking experience, preferably 6 years in the same role. Age Limit: Up to 55 years as of March 30, 2025. |
