Overview:
Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting applications from highly qualified professionals for the Secretary Executive Committee position. This is a 3-year contract-based role, extendable based on performance. Candidates with 10 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial practices are encouraged to apply.

| Qualification | – Member of a recognized body of professional accountants OR corporate/chartered secretaries OR Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law from an HEC-recognized university. – Must fulfill Fit and Proper criteria under State-Owned Enterprises Act, 2023. |
| Experience | – Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial practices. – Experience in Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous bodies, or private sector of national/international repute. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Organizing, minuting, and reviewing Executive Committee meetings. – Ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, and bylaws. – Ensuring all corporate governance procedures are followed. – Other tasks as per job description (JD). |
| Skills Required | – Excellent English writing and communication skills. – Strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills. – Knowledge of Public Sector Governance Rules, 2013. – Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. |
| Salary | MP-III Scale Salary (as per KPK Government policy) + allowances and perks decided by the Executive Committee. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 50 years. |
| Domicile | Open to candidates from all over Pakistan. |
