How to Apply

• Prepare the Expression of Interest (EOI) according to the instructions in the EOI documents.
• Submit your EOI to the following address no later than 31st July 2025, 11:30 AM (PST):

• EOIs will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM (PST) in the presence of applicants.
