First of all, visit the office of the Director General at Dr. A. Q. Khan Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (KIBGE), University of Karachi. Pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- through a pay order in favor of KIBGE and collect the application form.
