Key Responsibilities | – Develop working papers on audit, assurance, and ethics standards based on board guidance. – Conduct research on international auditing and sustainability assurance standards. – Compare local regulatory requirements with global practices. – Draft reports and compile board meeting minutes. – Coordinate meetings, agendas, and communication for public consultation. – Disseminate final standards/circulars to ICAP members and the public. – Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations for member capacity building. |
Required Education & Experience | – Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) with 8+ years of post-qualification experience. – Strong interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders. – Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and lead others. – Excellent problem-solving, drafting, report writing, and communication skills. |
