Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee all undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, teaching, and research activities.
- Faculty Management: Responsible for faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation.
- Financial Oversight: Manage all budgetary and financial matters related to the Medical and Dental College.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to MTI Act rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
- Administrative Duties: Act as the Chief Executive Officer of the institution and report to the Board of Governors.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement policies to enhance medical education and research standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction to faculty, staff, and students to maintain academic excellence.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with medical education standards and accreditation requirements.
