Terms & Conditions
- Application Submission: Candidates should submit applications on the prescribed proforma along with attested documents and one fresh passport-size photograph within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.
- Application Form: Application forms can be collected from the office of the undersigned and downloaded from the National Archives of Pakistan website.
- Recruitment Policy: All appointments will be made per the prevailing Recruitment Rules/Policy of the Federal Government.
- Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government rules.
- Age Calculation: Age will be calculated based on the closing date of submitting applications.
- Eligibility: Eligibility of candidates will be determined based on academic qualifications for each post.
- Separate Applications: Candidates can apply for more than one post by submitting separate applications for each.
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted applicants will be called for tests/interviews.
- Original Documents: Candidates must present original documents with attested copies at the time of the interview.
- Government Employees: Applicants already in Government Service should apply through the proper channel and submit NOC along with the application.
- Test/Interview Location: The center for the test/interview will be at the National Archives of Pakistan, Block-N, Pak. Secretariat, Islamabad.
- Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those not on the prescribed application form will not be entertained.
- Right to Cancel: The Department of National Archives of Pakistan reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or increase/decrease the number of vacancies at any stage without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of the test/interview.
