www.phc.org.pk - Download the challan form from the website, and deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 in accordance with the instructions provided in the challan form.
- The deadline for submission of online applications is 12th August 2025. All applicants must upload a scanned copy of the paid challan when submitting their online application.
- Candidates currently employed in Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Institutions must apply through the proper channel and attach a fresh No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their respective department.
- PHC reserves the right to reject any application without assigning a reason, and to increase or decrease the number of positions at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for any test or interview.
- Incomplete applications or those submitted without the paid challan will not be entertained.
