PULSE Project Jobs 2025 are now open under the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, operated by the Board of Revenue (BOR), Government of the Punjab. The project invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for hiring individual consultants for multiple roles funded by the World Bank (IDA Credit No. 7041-PK), aimed at improving land records and urban land systems in Punjab.

| 3 | Gender Based Violence (GBV) Associate | 01 | – 16 years education in Gender Studies/Sociology/Social Work/Law – 3+ years experience in GBV/SEA/SH implementation, complaint handling, prevention training (World Bank experience preferred) |
| 4 | Gender Associate | 01 | – 16 years education in Gender Studies/Sociology/Social Work/Law – 3+ years in gender-focused planning, engagement, awareness, and documentation (WB/foreign project experience preferred) |
| 5 | Social Safeguard Associate | 01 | – Master’s in Social Sciences/Sociology/Environmental or Agricultural Sciences – 3+ years in environmental/social safeguards in donor-funded projects (WB preferred) |
