The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) has launched a deadline-driven MSDS implementation phase for all unlicensed healthcare establishments (HCEs) across Punjab. From the date of this notice until 31st July 2025, the PHC will pause regular inspections (excluding complaints and uninspected facilities), giving HCEs time to implement Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS). From 1st August 2025, PHC will resume inspections and take strict action under the PHC Act 2010 against non-compliant facilities.
This is a final opportunity for healthcare centers to implement MSDS and become licensed before facing penalties.

How to Comply (Same Style as Post)
From the date of publication till 31st July 2025, all unlicensed Healthcare Establishments (HCEs) must implement the Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) as defined by the Punjab Healthcare Commission.
During this period, regular inspections are paused (except for complaint-based or uninspected facilities) to allow HCEs time for compliance.
From 01 August 2025, PHC will begin inspections to assess MSDS implementation. In case of non-compliance, strict action will be taken under the PHC Act 2010.
