Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 16 years of education) in any of the following fields: Maritime Studies, Maritime Ports & Shipping Management, Nautical/Naval Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, Social Science, Business Administration, Public Administration, Supply Chain, Oil & Gas, Law, or Chartered Accountancy.
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 8 years in a senior management position, preferably within the maritime domain.
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic management, and financial acumen skills.
- Understanding of international shipping regulations, operations, industry dynamics, and global trade trends.
- Working knowledge of shipping operations, ship maintenance, and repairs may be preferred.
