Organization: Punjab Skills Development Fund PSDF
1. Head Finance
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in finance/accounting/commerce from an HEC-recognized/accredited university with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including 3 years at a senior management level in a relevant/similar field. OR
- Membership of a recognized professional accounting body with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including:
Experience:
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience for members of recognized professional accounting bodies.
- 3 years of experience at a senior management level in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in financial management, treasury, and taxation will be preferred.
Age: 35 – 45 years
2. Head Human Resources
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources/Marketing/Economics/Social Sciences or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience and 3 years at a senior management level in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in OD/Performance Management will be preferred.
Age: 35 – 45 years
3. Manager Marketing & Communication
Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management Sciences, or any relevant/similar degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience and 2 years at a managerial level in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience with international organizations and brand management will be preferred.
Age: 35 – 45 years
